Do you take commissions?

At this time I am not taking on commissions. When I do, I will announced it on instagram and send a newsletter to my subscribers. You can subscribe at the bottom on this page!

When do you release collections?

I plan on releasing 2-3 collections per year. Prints will be available year round. I occasionally release other small paintings or drawings.

What supplies do you use?

Paintings- I use high quality acrylic paints on solid birch wooden panels, along with a gesso to prime and a satin varnish to finish. (More specific information can be found on individual listing) Some changes may vary on non-collection paintings.

Drawings or sketches- I occasionally release other drawings and sketches in different mediums, these will be either on textured paper or Canson illustration board.

How long do your paintings take?

I tend to paint on small or medium size panels, Depending on size and composition, one painting can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months

Do you recommend framing your work?

I recommend framing prints, drawings, and any paintings that are done on homemade paper since they are not varnished.

I paint on birch panels that are framed with a hand done gold leaf edge. They have a built in spot for hanging.

Can I order a custom print size?

Most likely! Contact me with your desired size here.

Can I send your work as a gift?

Absolutely! Send me an email at alisasergent@gmail.com or contact me here as soon as you order with the name on the order and the address so I can confirm. I can include a personalized print out note from you!

What is the shipping process?

All original paintings are shipped via Fedex, each package with come with a tracking number and you will get a notification when your item is shipping.

All prints will be shipped via USPS in a thin box to ensure that the print will not be bent and to protect from damage,

No need to worry! Each painting will be wrapped in Glassine acid-free paper sheets and packing paper to protect the artwork.
